Hello everyone! I am Angela Katzenberger, owner of Mixers and Marigolds. I am a certified home baker operating under the cottage food law. I have been baking professionally for over a decade, but have been in love with being in the kitchen since I was a little girl. After graduating from Purdue University, with a food science degree, I worked as a food scientist for ConAgra Brands, developing baked goods for McDonald's. Each unique experience along the way has helped shape me as a baker. I love creating custom cookies, cakes, and handmade sugar flowers for my customers. Being able to custom tailor an order to perfectly match a party invite or theme or surprise a loved one gives me the greatest satisfaction.

I look forward to meeting new people and taking on new challenges, The baking world is forever changing and I love that. Being able to use different techniques, tools, and ingredients keeps my passion growing larger every day. I hope that my work inspires other people and that small business's like Mixers and Marigolds are around for the long haul.
